1st full video of the 2015/2016 season

This year has started in a pretty amazing way with tons of snow and a great snow pack and it is not even 2016!  The amazing snow and an incredible base camp in Greenwater care of Cassandra have resulted in 9 days already and most of those have been pretty great!  Since it has been snowing so much there hasn't been a lot of blue bird days for filming but this video gives you a glimpse of the snow conditions so far this year.

So far this season is looking pretty good!

Opening Ski Weekend 2015 Plus Early Season Skin up the King

So it is mid November and Crystal opened so we had to go check it out!
We started it out early and left the cabin at 5:30am  We had parked and started hiking up the mountain about 6:15am.

We had to walk up quicksilver aka chair 4 since there was not enough snow.
Once up chair 4 we skined most of the way up to the top of the King in Southback though we did have to boot pack some due to the snow conditions.
The snow was interesting at the top and then good from DFF to about mid queens run.
I grabbed the gondola and got a few laps in Green Valley there the coverage was really good and chalky snow.

Boys Weekend Summer Edition @ Crystal Mountain

We had a great Boy's weekend up at Crystal Mountain.  You could not have had better weather it was Paolo, Mike, Sean, Jesse and myself.
